Laptop Computers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 30 laptops through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure from potential dealing firms. Online bids are required to be submitted electronically through EPADS and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened in conference room of procuring agency and financial bid opening date for technically qualified firms will be communicated after technical evaluation. Original bid security amounting to PKR 400,000 in favor of procuring agency must be submitted physically before bid closing time while scanned copy shall be uploaded with bid documents on EPADS. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 03 June 2026 at 12:00 Hrs. Pro Tip: Upload scanned bid security with complete technical proposal and ensure original instrument reaches office before closing time.
