Procurement Of Desktop Computers And Ict Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement package covering desktop computers and laptops, All in One printer, establishment of a data center, supply installation and configuration of IP IBX and phones, procurement of a Central Resource Lab, and procurement of curtains for University of Rasul. The tenders shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated costs are Rs.60.750 million for desktop computers and laptops, Rs.6.356 million for All in One printer, Rs.26.975 million for data center establishment, Rs.6.212 million for IP IBX and phones, Rs.160.800 million for Central Resource Lab and Rs.8.822 million for curtains. Bid security is to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal with the scanned copy attached to the technical bid. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 13 October 2026 in the presence of authorized representatives.
