Electric Vehicle Two Wheelers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of locally registered electric vehicle two wheeler OEMs and assemblers for Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program Phase II and subsequent phases. Procurement covers distribution of electric bikes across Pakistan including AJK and Gilgit Baltistan with target of 30% EV penetration by 2030 under NEV Policy 2025-30. Eligible applicants must possess valid EDB manufacturing certificate PSQCA license and compliance with EDB prequalification criteria. Applications shall be submitted through PPRA EPADS 2.0 with non refundable submission fee of PKR 5000. Pro Tip: Verify validity of manufacturing certificate and PSQCA license before EPADS submission.
