Installation Hybrid Off Grid Solarization Systems Tender Notice
Description
Installation of hybrid off-grid solarization systems for courts at District Headquarter Mandi Bahauddin Sub-Division Phalia and Sub-Division Malakwal through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council category C3 and above are invited to participate. Contractors are required to upload scanned copies of bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before the bid submission deadline. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS before 2026-06-09 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days of contract signing. Pro Tip: Attach litigation history affidavit and valid PEC registration documents with the proposal.
