Installation Of Hybrid Solar Energy Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of 4-KW hybrid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices at Judicial Complex Muzaffargarh Kot Addu Alipur Jatoi and Chowk Sarwar Shaheed through E-Tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules. Scope includes installation of 21 systems at Muzaffargarh 8 systems at Kot Addu 6 systems at Alipur 5 systems at Jatoi and 3 systems at Chowk Sarwar Shaheed. Eligible firms and joint ventures registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under relevant Solar Energy System category EE-11 with minimum 5 years relevant experience are invited to participate through EPADS. Contractors are required to upload scanned copies of original CDR amounting to 5 percent earnest money and submit original CDR before 2026-06-09 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted online before 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidder shall provide additional performance guarantee amounting to 10 percent of contract value and complete supply and installation within 20 days after issuance of purchase orders. Pro Tip: Attach PEC registration litigation affidavit tax registration certificates and signed stamped BOQ documents to avoid disqualification.
