Satellite Telecom Link Installation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for telecom system satellite IDIRECT link services for three natural gas installations on Zarghon Pipeline Quetta under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on complete package basis. Bidders must possess valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with subcategories EE07 or EE08 EE11(vi) and ME07(v) and must hold PTA license. Bidders are required to participate through EPADS by uploading signed and stamped tender documents BOQ and schedule of requirements. Physical bid bond submission before deadline is mandatory otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid security amount of PKR 25,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid opening shall take place at 12:30 PM following submission deadline.
