Software Development Cloud Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for software development and cloud services for development of PLPA Nerve Center and related cloud infrastructure under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible software firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on FBR Active Taxpayers List are invited to submit electronic bids through EPADS only. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Scope includes software application development cloud deployment and associated IT services. Bid security amount of PKR 700,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Technical bids shall be opened at 12:00 PM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: IT firms should ensure EPADS compliance and demonstrate expertise in enterprise software and cloud architecture solutions.
