Major Road Infrastructure Upgradation Tender Notice
Description
Upgradation works for major road infrastructure including improvement and development of Qita Alamara road project with length of 3.8 kilometers in District Bahawalpur under ADP scheme 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories. Contractors are required to upload earnest money only in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before opening of bids otherwise bids shall be rejected. Lowest evaluated bidder shall furnish performance guarantee amounting to 10 percent within fifteen days in approved financial instruments. Item wise rates and grand totals are mandatory and percentage based bids shall not be accepted. Rigid pavement and surfacing works shall be executed through mechanized systems.
