Energy Efficient Ceiling Fans Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved copper winded ceiling fans including necessary cable and hardware connections through EPADS E Tendering system. Procurement is invited from manufacturing firms of electric ceiling fans enlisted or renewed with Communication and Works Department for financial year 2025-26. Interested manufacturers must register on E-PADS portal and submit bids electronically along with original enlistment renewal documents and government remittance receipts. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated DNIT cost in shape of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected.
