Procurement of Hematology Analyzer medical laboratory equipment for Poonch Medical College Rawalakot during financial year 2026 through single stage one envelope procedure under AJK PPRA Rules 36(1). Technical and financial offers must be submitted in a single sealed envelope clearly marked as technical and financial offer. Bidding documents containing complete terms and conditions can be obtained from the Store Department against non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 up to 09-06-2026 during office hours. Sealed tenders shall be received in the Vice Principal Office by 11:00 AM on 09-06-2026 and opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Estimated cost is Rs. 4,100,000 with required call deposit of Rs. 150,000 in favor of Principal Poonch Medical College Rawalakot. Participating firms must provide affidavit on stamp paper declaring they are not blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution in Pakistan or Azad Kashmir. In case of non-supply or delayed supply call deposit shall be forfeited and blacklisting proceedings may be initiated. All applicable taxes and deductions including income tax sales tax Tajweed-ul-Quran trust fund and stamp duty shall apply. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Clause 33(1).
