Procurement Of Office Furniture For Judicial Offices Tender Notice

Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Toba Tek Singh invites sealed and EPADS electronic tenders from sole distributors authorized dealers and registered firms having active sales tax registration NTN and professional tax certificates for procurement of office furniture including office tables computer tables sofa sets and allied furniture items. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 9.75 million. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to five percent of estimated value is mandatory. Bids must be submitted both physically and electronically through EPADS by 08-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and shall open same day at 11:30 AM. Firms must submit affidavit confirming non blacklisting and non default status. Taxes freight and delivery charges shall be inclusive in quoted prices. Pro Tip: Furniture suppliers should ensure EPADS submission and physical bid consistency because incomplete or unsigned bids will be rejected immediately.
