Installation of hybrid off-grid solarization systems for courts at District Headquarters Mandi Bahauddin, Sub-Division Phalia and Sub-Division Malakwal including complete solar infrastructure works under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - E-bids invited from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council category C3 and above with relevant code CE-01 - Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid submission deadline - Rates shall be inclusive of GST, PST, Income Tax and stamp duties with bid validity of 180 days - Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of contract signing - Pro Tip: Upload all tax registrations, litigation affidavits and scanned CDR copies on E-PADS for responsive evaluation
