Procurement and installation of 04-KW hybrid off-grid solar systems at courts and allied offices located in Gujranwala Wazirabad Kamoke and Nowshera Virkan including complete supply installation testing commissioning and related electrical works for a total of 75 solar systems. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C3 and above with relevant code CE-01 where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids are required. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee. Rates must be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid till 30.08.2026. Minimum one year warranty free replacement free service and maintenance are mandatory. Delivery and installation must be completed within 20 days after issuance of work order. Bid opening will take place on the same day after submission deadline.
