Hybrid Off Grid Solarization Court Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of hybrid solarization off-grid systems for courts and allied offices located at District Headquarter Mianwali Tehsil Piplan and Tehsil Isa Khel including complete supply installation testing commissioning and related electrical works. Interested firms distributors dealers and suppliers must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council EPADS Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. Technical and financial bids are required under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS. Bid security amounting to 5% of bid value is mandatory through CDR in favor of District and Sessions Judge Mianwali. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee and 0.25% stamp duty on supply or work order amount. Minimum one year warranty is required with repair or replacement within 15 days during warranty period. Supplier must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status. Quoted rates shall include all taxes freight and delivery charges. Supply and installation must be completed within 7 days after issuance of supply order. Bid opening shall be conducted electronically through EPADS in the presence of bidders. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Eligible PEC registered solar contractors should ensure timely submission of complete technical and financial documentation through EPADS along with required CDR security to avoid disqualification.
