Hiring of consultancy services for feasibility study of Integrated Livestock Value Chain Development Project in Balochistan through Electronic Public Procurement System from reputed national and international consulting firms joint ventures and service providers registered with FBR BRA and PEC as Consulting Engineering Firms and included in Active Taxpayers List. Consultancy assignment includes feasibility preparation financial advisory and integrated livestock value chain development planning. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must possess at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity turnover of at least PKR 45000000 in three subsequent previous years SECP registration and sound financial advisory experience. Joint ventures must submit notarized JV agreement while solo bidders shall provide declaration on company letterhead. Bid security of 2% is mandatory from a scheduled bank. Financial proposals shall only be opened for technically qualified consultants. Incomplete or late proposals shall not be entertained.
