Feeding Charges Government Horses Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of feeding charges and ration items for government horses of Frontier Reserve Police Headquarters Peshawar for financial year 2026-27 through EPADS. Interested bidders are required to separately mention ration items and provide their own grinding machine facility. Eligible contractors must submit attested copies of Income Tax certificate CNIC and minimum five years experience certificate of horse feeding supply for any government department. Bid security amounting to PKR 360000 in favor of Commandant FRP Headquarters Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. Contract duration shall remain effective up to 30-06-2027. Evaluation shall consider bidder experience financial stability and previous performance instead of lowest rates only. Applicable taxes shall be deducted as per prevailing rules and contractors must possess valid Income Tax Sales Tax and KPRA registrations where applicable. Bid opening shall be conducted in presence of bidders on the same day.
