Nursing College Project Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for establishment of Tribal Nursing College at Jamrud District Khyber including master planning designing construction supervision preparation of engineering cost estimates PC-I and rate analysis under Provincial ADP. Request for Proposal is invited through EPAD system from shortlisted consulting firms of Communication and Works Department Building Sector only. Selection shall be carried out through Quality cum Cost Based Selection method under KPPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and uploaded on EPAD system while financial proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened. Interested consultants may obtain RFP documents from Executive Engineer Building Division Khyber upon payment of non-refundable fee. Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules.
