Off Grid Hybrid Solarization Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement installation and commissioning of off-grid hybrid solarization systems for courts and allied offices at Hafizabad and Sub-Division Pindi Bhattian through E-Tendering under PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category are invited to participate through EPADS. Bids shall be submitted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and rates must include all applicable taxes including GST PST PRA Income Tax and stamp duty. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated project cost in the shape of CDR from scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Hafizabad is mandatory. Contractors must upload scanned copies of bid security and submit original CDR before tender opening. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee within fifteen days. Minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance is required. Firms must attach PST Professional Tax Income Tax Sales Tax and PEC registration certificates along with affidavit regarding non-blacklisting status. Technical and financial proposals shall be opened in presence of bidders at District and Sessions Judge office Hafizabad.
