Solar Pv Systems Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of on-grid solar PV systems for re-rolling and shipbreaking operations at Gadani District Hub under Public Procurement Rules through EPADS Version 2.0. Procurement is invited from well reputed firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C1 or above with specified engineering codes and valid registrations with FBR BRA SECP PPIB and tax authorities. Firms must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any government semi-government or autonomous body. Eligibility requirements include completion of at least one similar government solarization project equal to 50% of project value average turnover of PKR 1000 million over last three years credit line of PKR 500 million and valid ISO 9001 2015 certification for solar system supply installation and commissioning. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost in favor of Project Director MUGSBRI is mandatory. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS and PPRA portals.
