Supply Of Feeding Charges For Government Horses Tender Notice
Description
Supply of feeding charges and ration services for government horses for the financial year 2026-27 through EPADS. Bidders are required to provide separate details of ration items and possess their own grinding machine. Eligible bidders must submit income tax registration documents, CNIC copies and evidence of at least five years experience in feeding supply services for horses with government departments. Call deposit of PKR 360000 in favor of Commandant Frontier Reserve Police Headquarters Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. The contract period shall continue up to 30-06-2027. Evaluation shall consider experience, financial stability and previous performance in addition to quoted rates. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to prevailing rules.
