Description

Procurement of fully managed warehousing and logistics operations services for storage, safety and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices and hospital inventory. Required facility must be located in Lahore, separate or partitioned from other clients goods and compliant with Drug Act 1976 and DRAP Act 2012 with year-round temperature control of 25°C ± 5%. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on e-PADS and relevant tax authorities. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be followed. Bid security equal to 1% of estimated cost is required. Estimated cost is PKR 150 million. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 2026-06-08 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days. Corrupt, unreadable or wrongly submitted e-bids shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
