Educational Infrastructure Facilities Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for educational infrastructure including additional classrooms with furniture and boundary wall with razor wire under development initiatives. Procurement is invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council through Punjab E-Tendering System. Works include provision of six additional classrooms with furniture, provision of two additional classrooms with furniture and construction of boundary wall with razor wire. Estimated project values are PKR 20.018 million, PKR 7.065 million and PKR 2.453 million respectively. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount. Rates must be quoted item-wise in accordance with BOQ requirements. Pro Tip: Submit complete BOQ rates, PEC registration and original bid security to avoid disqualification.
