Construction Of Gym And Fitness Club Facility Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a gym and fitness club facility including civil works, RCC and finishing works, electrical works, plumbing and sewerage works, exhaust works and allied works according to drawings and bill of quantities. Sealed tenders are invited from eligible and PEC registered contractors and firms under single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must possess valid PEC registration, NTN and KPRA registration certificates, adequate technical staff and equipment and must not be blacklisted. Tender validity is 120 days and completion period is five months. Tender fee is PKR 10,000 non-refundable.
