Provision Of Call Center Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a service provider for provision of call center services. Service providers and vendors must possess at least five years of relevant experience and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and other relevant regulatory authorities. Services are initially required for a period of two years with a possible extension of one additional year on the same terms and rates. Estimated cost is PKR 60,000,000 with bid security of PKR 1,200,000 representing 2 percent of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Bid security must be uploaded electronically and submitted in original hard copy before bid closing time. Bid validity is 120 days and conditional bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: Submit both scanned and original bid security well before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
