Computers Multifunction Printers Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computers with accessories and multifunction printers for project operations. Required quantities include seven desktop computer systems and six multifunction printers. Estimated amounts are PKR 3,850,000 for desktop computers and PKR 1,104,720 for multifunction printers. Procurement shall be conducted through electronic bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Firms and companies must be registered with PPRA, EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated value is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, pay order or bankers cheque. Technical and financial proposals are required. Bid validity is 120 days. Original bid security must be submitted before the deadline.
