Internet Services Energy Efficient Building Tender Notice
Description
Provision of internet services for a net zero energy building project. Procurement is being conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is approximately PKR 9 million with bid security of PKR 100,000 and bid validity of 120 days. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS. Technical and Financial bids are required to be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after submission deadline. Any bid submitted through a mode other than EPADS shall not be considered. In case the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Eligible firms should ensure EPADS registration and timely submission of complete technical and financial proposals with the required bid security.
