Description
Pre-qualification of constructors for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for a 100-bedded healthcare facility project. Eligible firms must hold valid PEC Constructor License FY 2025-26 in Category C-2 and above with specialization codes ME-01, ME-02 and CE09, be legally registered in Pakistan, possess valid NTN, active GST/PRA registration, Active Tax Payer status, provide affidavit of non-blacklisting and non-litigation, audited financial statements for the last three financial years, banking support history, and enlistment records with government and reputable agencies. Firms must demonstrate at least 10 years relevant experience, completion of at least two similar projects within the last five years, and provide details of technical staff, managerial personnel, machinery, equipment, testing instruments and tools. Sealed applications are required; late, faxed, emailed, unsealed or non-compliant submissions will be rejected. Joint ventures are not permitted. Only shortlisted firms will proceed to the next stage.
