Improvement And Solarization Of Irrigation Pumping Systems Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and solarization of remaining 38 existing sump wells, supply and installation of pumping machinery with solarization and electrical supply to lift water from the main drain for Takarwah distributary, supply and installation of pumping machinery with solar and electrical installations for Kot Hafiz distributary, and improvement, rehabilitation and refurbishment of Pumping Station No. II. Procurement includes surveys, drawings, procurement of materials, manufacturing, delivery, installation of solar systems, erection, testing and commissioning. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure. Bidders must upload bids and required documents through EPADS and submit bid documents as specified. Eligible bidders must be approved irrigation contractors, registered with KPRA/KPPRA, and possess valid PEC licenses in the relevant categories for FY 2025-26. Manufacturer authorization for solar panels, solar pumping inverters, pumps and motors is required where applicable. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost plus stamp duty is mandatory through scheduled bank call deposit. Technical requirements include solarization of sump wells with head 24-30 ft, pump setting 22 ft and discharge 01 cusec. Bid opening will take place on the same date after submission deadline. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-15 at 11:00 AM.
