Water Quality Testing Laboratory Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of PHE Water Quality Testing Laboratory in District Lakki Marwat under ADP 2025-26 including all MRS 2025 and Non-MRS items as specified in the bidding documents. Bidding shall be conducted through electronic bidding using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors must submit electronic bids online and attach scanned bid security along with original call deposit and required hard copies. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC, enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy and possess valid PEC and KPRA registrations for the current financial year. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is mandatory and additional security requirements shall apply for bids below the engineer estimate as prescribed. Sealed bids sent through courier service must reach within the specified time. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure bid security, additional security where applicable, PEC registration, KPRA registration and all supporting documents are submitted correctly to avoid disqualification.
