Description
Arrangement of Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 activities by Municipal Committee Jhelum. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with PPRA E-Procurement system, FBR and PRA are eligible to participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 4,675,000 and earnest money is PKR 233,750. Bidders must upload scanned bid security and submit original CDR before closing time. Rates are required against each DNIT and BOQ item and incomplete bids shall be declared non-responsive. Bid opening shall take place in the presence of bidder representatives.
