Beautification Infrastructure Works Solar Lighting And Facil Tender Notice
Description
Construction and improvement works under uplifting and beautification activities including food street development - welcome gates and exit gates - waiting areas - solar street lights - viewpoint development - feature wall and wall facelifting - chowk and square improvement - walking and jogging track - supply and installation of dustbins - public toilets - mosque facelifting - street beautification with tuff tiling PCC and side drains - bazar beautification - hospital waiting areas - road improvement works. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure via EPADS. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant category and enlisted under applicable government enlistment policy and registered with KPRA. Complete bid documents, bid securities, registration documents and supporting rate analysis where applicable must be uploaded electronically, while required originals must be submitted through courier before bid closing. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the opening date. Bid securities are specified for each work item at 2% of engineer estimate with additional security requirements for bids below prescribed thresholds. Bids remain valid for 120 days.
