Maintenance and rehabilitation works including Government Shahbaz Sharif Associate College Women Jamke Cheema - Government Graduate College Women Pasrur - Government Islamia College Sambrial - establishment of School for Midwifery at DHQCs and selected THQ Hospitals at Daska - Director Agriculture Pest Warning and Quality Control of Pesticides building - Agricultural Engineering offices at Pasrur Road Sialkot - revamping and upgradation of secondary healthcare facilities in District Sialkot - Government Agriculture Office Chawinda - PAO and Assistant Director Agriculture Office Extension Daska. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories and register on Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of estimated cost for each work is required. Original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee. Item-wise rates are mandatory and incomplete financial bids shall be declared non-responsive. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and participating bidders.
