Roads Special Repair Dualization Works Tender Notice
Description
Special repair and dualization works including road from Ghegha Chowk Phalia Road to Chak Basawa Road via Lilla Town School Mohallah Munshi Town Arshad Town and Arifabad - special repair of road from Satt Sira Chowk to DHQ Hospital - and dualization of road from King Morr Chowk to College Chowk in District Mandi Bahauddin. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories and register on Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening. Item-wise rates are required and percentage-based quotations shall not be accepted. Successful bidders shall provide 10% performance guarantee. No price variation shall be admissible on special repair works. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit itemized quotations, original bid security and all eligibility documents to avoid disqualification during evaluation.
