Procurement Of Sports Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of sports items for the Sports Department through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, sole distributors, contractors and suppliers registered with GST and NTN may participate. Bids shall be submitted only through EPADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and must be physically submitted before closing time while a complete scanned copy of the bid must also be uploaded on EPADS. Bids shall be opened on the same day in accordance with bidding documents and applicable procurement rules.
