Residential Building Improvement And Alteration Works Tender Notice
Description
Addition, alteration and improvement works for a residential building including associated civil construction and renovation activities. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS on item rate basis. Eligible contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with PEC in the relevant category may participate. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque is mandatory. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
