Fire Brigade Safety Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of anti smoke goggles and various fire brigade equipment for firefighting operations. Bids are invited from reputable firms having relevant experience of similar nature and duly registered with applicable authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure via EPADS. Eligibility criteria shall be as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated cost in the form of pay order or bank guarantee valid for at least six months. Bidding document fee is Rs. 5,000 non refundable for each tender. Scanned copies of bid security and fee instruments shall be uploaded online and original instruments submitted before bid closing. Hard copies of bidding proposal documents in sealed envelopes shall also be submitted at bid opening for verification. Bids shall be opened at 03:30 p.m. on the opening day. Only substantially responsive and most advantageous bids shall be considered for financial evaluation.
