Fashion Design Kits Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Fashion Design Kits for six schools including drawing pencils, erasers, sharpeners, steel rulers, A4 and A3 sketchbooks, water colour pencil sets, croquis template ruler sets, fashion magazines, tracing paper, single needle lock stitch machines with table and stand, sewing machine accessories, thread spools, fabric swatches, hand sewing needle sets, paper rim, scissors sets, measuring tapes, irons, iron tables, magnifying glasses, tailor chalk, calico fabric, draping pins, clips, seam rippers and poster colours with brushes. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids are required and must be submitted through EPADS. Income tax and sales tax registration documents are mandatory. Bid security of 2 percent in favour of Chief Executive Officer DEA is required. Samples and hard copy of uploaded documents must be provided on bid opening date. Technically qualified bidders obtaining 60 out of 100 marks shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee. Delivery period is 45 days. Bid opening will be held at 12:00 PM. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure samples, bid security and all registration documents are submitted exactly as required.
