Construction Outdoor Gym Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works comprising office building development in Crescent Park on Sheikhupura Road and construction of outdoor mechanical gym with concrete platform in Shahbaz Sharif Park. Procurement shall be conducted through Open E-Tendering using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration and EPADS registration. Estimated costs are Rs. 55,490,100 and Rs. 2,225,695 respectively with earnest money at 5% of estimated cost. Bidders are required to quote rates against each BOQ item and submit original CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of bid amount shall be required from the successful bidder. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
