Civil Mep Works Energy Center Tender Notice
Description
Execution of civil and MEP works for plant room and VFD room of the energy center. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. Vendors and firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Estimated cost is Rs. 3,351,139 and fixed bid security of Rs. 67,023 equivalent to 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS and hard copies are not required. Original bid security must be submitted to the mail section before the submission deadline. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-09 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity period is 180 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attend the pre-bid meeting and ensure original bid security is delivered before the closing deadline.
