Procurement of Medical and General Equipment, Cryostat and Bio-Safety Cabinet, Liver Consumables, Microbiology Bacterial Identification Kits on Reagent Rental Basis, Housekeeping Equipment and Civil, MEP, MGPL and HVAC Works for Modular Operating Theatre on turnkey basis for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi. The six procurement packages comprise Medical and General Equipment with estimated cost of PKR 27,736,580 and bid security of PKR 554,732 under reference PRO-233-2026; Cryostat and Bio-Safety Cabinet with estimated cost of PKR 24,657,250 and bid security of PKR 493,145 under reference PRO/241/2026; Liver Consumables with estimated cost of PKR 41,160,151 and bid security of PKR 823,203 under reference PRO-240-2026; Microbiology Bacterial Identification Kits on Reagent Rental Basis with estimated cost of PKR 36,394,267 and bid security of PKR 727,885 under reference PRO-242-2026; Housekeeping Equipment with estimated cost of PKR 6,861,802 and bid security of PKR 137,229 under reference PRO-230-2026; and Civil, MEP, MGPL and HVAC Works for Modular Operating Theatre on Turnkey Basis with estimated cost of PKR 60,048,743 and bid security of PKR 1,200,975 under reference PRO-231-2026. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism; physical CDRs and bank guarantees will not be accepted. Proof of electronic bid security must be attached with the bid. Detailed specifications, quantities, estimated costs, evaluation methods and other requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted by 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procuring agency will not be responsible for expenses incurred in preparation or electronic submission of bids.
