Framework contract for Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Arifwala for financial year 2026-2027 covering Bio Medical Gases with estimated cost of PKR 7 million and bid security of PKR 140,000; General Store Items with estimated cost of PKR 6 million and bid security of PKR 120,000; Bio Medical, Non-Biomedical and IT Equipment with estimated cost of PKR 6 million and bid security of PKR 120,000; Fresenius Dialysis Machines Maintenance Service and Parts with estimated cost of PKR 2 million and bid security of PKR 40,000; Radiology Items, supply and installation of Dry Pix Printer for CR System on rental basis and supply and installation of inject printer on rental basis with estimated cost of PKR 5 million and bid security of PKR 100,000; Dental Items with estimated cost of PKR 3 million and bid security of PKR 60,000; Stationery Items with estimated cost of PKR 3 million and bid security of PKR 40,000; and Printing Items with estimated cost of PKR 3 million and bid security of PKR 70,000. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Interested firms and agencies must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Firms involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies must hold a valid retail drug sale licence. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically. Bid security at 2% of the estimated price must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System; physical CDR, pay order or bank guarantee will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened according to the published schedule on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. A meeting for bidders is scheduled at the Medical Superintendent office on 10 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders must submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected. Applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules. False information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting.
