Parking Stand Auction Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction of parking stand operating rights for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders are required to purchase auction documents and submit required qualification documents before the prescribed deadline. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of call deposit receipt is required. Successful bidder shall deposit six months advance payment along with all applicable taxes and provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount in the form of CDR. Unsuccessful bidders shall receive return of bid security while bid securities of first and second highest bidders shall remain with the procuring agency until award of contract. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject offers under PPRA Rule 35.
