Hospital Supplies Medical Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of local purchase medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory kits and chemicals, stationery items, general store items, X-ray films and chemicals, dental materials kits and items, bio-medical gases, and printing and publication materials for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Technical and financial bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. Estimated values include medicines and disposables Rs. 4 million, laboratory kits and chemicals Rs. 4 million, stationery Rs. 1 million, general store items Rs. 3.5 million, X-ray films and chemicals Rs. 2 million, dental materials Rs. 1.5 million, bio-medical gases Rs. 1 million and printing materials Rs. 2.5 million. Successful bidder shall provide 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order.
