Auction Hospital Parking Stand Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction of parking stand operating rights for financial year 2026-27. Bid security of Rs.100,000 is required in the form of CDR. Interested bidders shall obtain auction documents and submit required qualification documents. Successful bidder shall deposit six months advance payment along with applicable taxes and provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of total bid amount. Unsuccessful bidders shall receive return of bid security while securities of highest bidders shall remain in custody until award of contract. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject offers under applicable procurement rules.
