Collection Of National Park Entry Ticket Fees Tender Notice
Description
Collection and management of gate entry ticket fees at a national park for the period July 2026 to June 2027. Sealed bids are invited from authorized dealers and firms registered with KPPRA and Sales Tax authorities. Bid security of PKR 50,000 is required. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 500. Interested bidders must submit certified copies of CNIC, KPPRA registration, Sales Tax registration and required deposit documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed form. Technical and financial requirements shall be evaluated according to prescribed conditions. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified opening time. Incomplete documents shall be rejected. Successful bidder shall execute an agreement containing detailed terms and conditions. Government-approved ticket rates shall apply. Local stakeholders possessing consumptive rights shall be considered on the stated basis.
