Procurement Of Hemoglobinopathy Diagnostic Testing Services Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of laboratory testing services on reagent rental basis with placement and provision of HB Electrophoresis equipment for diagnosis of haemoglobinopathies for the financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents exclusive agents and sole importers registered on E-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must provide bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of quoted items in the prescribed financial instruments and submit original bid security before bid opening in addition to uploaded copies. Technical and financial proposals shall include both brand names and generic names. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Corrupt unreadable or virus infected submissions shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
