Transportation Destruction Seized Goods Tender Notice
Description
Transportation and destruction or disposal of seized and confiscated goods from state warehouses and anti-smuggling units to designated destruction points. Scope includes transportation using heavy goods vehicles, articulated lorries and large trailers along with loading and unloading services. Additional arrangements include tables, sofas, chairs, sound systems, microphones, speakers, marquees, tents, carpets, rostrum, ignition material, cameras, drones and sprinkler fans for destruction activities. Bidding documents are available upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Only firms having at least three years prior experience with customs transportation activities are eligible. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting scheduled on 12-06-2026 is mandatory for bid submission eligibility. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS or in sealed form and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the closing date. Pro Tip: Ensure proof of previous customs transportation experience and participation in the mandatory pre-bid meeting are included with the bid.
