Printer Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consumables for heavy duty laser printers including Xerox Nuvera 157 EA and D 125 models on FCS basis for delivery to consignee stores. Procurement is invited through EPADS under National Competitive Bidding from pre-qualified suppliers, manufacturers, authorized distributors and registered firms. Bidding documents contain specifications, procurement procedures, bid security requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria and performance guarantee conditions. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS while bid bond or guarantee is required in hard copy form. Bids shall be opened electronically on the same day as submission. Pro Tip: Review all technical specifications and submit required bid bond separately in hard copy before bid opening.
