Printer Toners Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 300 printer toners on a framework contract basis under ITB No. PEF/PROC/IT/2026-27/09. Estimated price is PKR 3,500,000 and bid security is 2%, equivalent to PKR 70,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, and on Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Punjab Education Foundation office. Bid security receipt must be scanned and uploaded with the electronic bid. Bid validity is at least 120 days from the submission deadline. NTN and sales tax registration certificates are required.
