Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items - original HP toners - original Konica Minolta toners - stationery - electrical items - printers, scanners, computers and other IT equipment - photocopier machines - original Zanasi ink - parts for Canon Image Runner 2525 - printing materials - paper reams for the Examination Department. Bids are invited from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. The Single Stage-Two Envelope method under Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a) applies, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. The total estimated cost is PKR 45,261,500, with 2% refundable bid security of PKR 905,234, payable online to the account of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Bids must be submitted electronically through PEPs by 3:00 pm on 13 November 2026 and will be opened at 3:30 pm the same day in the presence of participating firms representatives.
